At Taylor shoes, we prioritize transparency, fairness, and your satisfaction at every step of your shopping experience.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy. This acknowledgment is visible during checkout and is also included in your confirmation email.

Even though this is not a checkbox, it serves as a clear agreement between you (the customer) and us (the store), defining how returns, refunds, and disputes are handled.
Before You Order – Sizing & Expectations
We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing an order. If you're unsure, contact our support team — we’re happy to help.
- Minor variations (1–3 cm) in measurements are possible due to the handmade nature of production.
- These are not considered defects.
- As a small business, returns significantly impact us — so we kindly ask that you double-check sizing before ordering.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change.
That’s why we offer a 24-hour cancellation window after your order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@Taylor-shoes.com within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or dispatched.
In such cases, we kindly ask you to wait for the parcel to arrive and then contact us to request a return or refund via our standard return procedure.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by tracking information.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return must be initiated via email within the return window
Items that do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for a refund or could incur a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Return shipping is not covered by us unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., style or fit), you are welcome to return it, but at your own expense.
- If the item is consistent with the product listing, we reserve the right to offer partial refunds or store credit at our discretion
- .If the item has a clear manufacturing defect or a confirmed error, we will gladly resolve the issue through a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Important Notes
We welcome feedback and strive to improve based on your experience. However, returns based on subjective dissatisfaction such as:
- “It doesn’t look like I imagined”
- “The color is slightly different”
- “The fabric feels different than expected”
…are not considered “item not as described.”
By placing your order, you agree that:
- You’ve reviewed our return & refund terms
- You understand that minor differences (color, fit, measurements) are not defects
- You agree to request return approval via email before shipping any item back
